2011 Nascar Antipicks Final Results:

The natives gathered in a field at the foot of a large volcano.  The volcano, rising high above the land billowed a steady stream of smoke and fire, occasionally spitting out a random tire or cam shaft.  The crowd below, having to dodge falling car parts, was staring up at a cliff and cave opening part way up the mountain in anticipation of the arrival of the Mighty Shaw.
Stepping out of the cave entrance, wearing his fireproof robes covered in sponsor patches and holding a long piece of shiny rollbar as a staff,  the Mighty Shaw moves to the edge of the cliff to oversee his minions.   With his ability to pick out the flaws of his subjects, the Shaw was able to climb the volcano to rule over the people.
The crowd below bows with honor and fear as the Mighty Shaw waves his staff over them.   A rear-end housing falls from the sky and crushes two non-believers near the back of the crowd, proving further his powers of the Antipick.   Never in history has anyone had the foresight that the Shaw has shown all season.  His godlike powers earning him loss after loss, eliminating his enemies one by one as easily as flicking off a burning spark plug.
The Mighty Shaw gives his speech, telling his people he will be a kind and merciful god as long as no one crosses him, but beware those to do not accept him.  An engine block lands upon a man at the far left of the crowd as he points his staff in that direction.   The people bow deeper.
The Mighty Shaw, knowing that he will reign for at least another year, turns and walks back into the cave.   Once inside, he sits in a large chair and accepts a beer offered him by a servant, and leans back thinking "Life is good".

As always, it's been a lot of fun running this contest. I hope it's kept you all entertained. I am open to suggestions to tweak the contest next season to eliminate some of the ties and maybe take the start and parks somewhat out of the mix. Keep in mind I want to keep the scoring fairly simple. One thought I had was maybe scoring the bottom five cars still listed as running in each race instead of just the bottom five.
I hope to see you all back next season and I look forward to your feedback on the contest.

Thanks again for playing.
